MichMATYC-L is an e-mail list that began in November, 1999 for members of MichMATYC. The listserv is an electronic forum for sharing information about questions and issues of interest to two-year college mathematics educators. It is open to any active MichMATYC member.

• To subscribe, send an e-mail to listserv@listserv.delta.edu with the message, subscribe michmatyc-L.
• Once you have subscribed, you will receive a reply with additional information. Should you wish to cancel your subscription, send an e-mail to listserv@listserv.delta.edu with the message, unsubscribe michmatyc-L.
• To send a message or to respond to the list, send an e-mail to michmatyc-L@listserv.delta.edu. Everyone who has subscribed to the list will receive your message.
• This list is automatically archived on Delta College’s computer. You may obtain a list of available archived files by viewing the web site http://listserv.delta.edu/archives/michmatyc-l.html. For security purposes, to access archived files you will be asked to enter your email user name and create a password.
• To search the MichMATYC listserv archive, send an e-mail to listserv@listserv.delta.edu with the message, search michmatyc-l keyword… For example, if you wish to access all files dealing with the COMPASS placement test you would enter, search michmatyc-l compass.
• General information on listserv commands may be obtained by sending a message to listserv@listserv.delta.edu with the message/command, help.

The listserv should be a beneficial service to the mathematics faculty of the 28 Michigan community colleges. However, it will only be as active and useful as you make it. We encourage all MichMATYC members to participate.
